CBD oil gifted by CBII

I've heard a lot about CBD oil over the last year or so and specifically how it can help with pain. I do suffer with a recurring back injury, and also enjoy and prefer taking herbal supplements over traditional drugs so when CBII offered to send me a sample of their product I was keen to try it out!

CBD stands for cannabidiol, a natural and non-psychoactive compound found in the Cannabis sativa L. plant, which is also referred to as hemp (I love my hemp hand cream!) CBD is non-psychoactive, so it won't get you high or impact cognitive function. By activating cannabinoid receptors in the endocannabinoid system, can help to contribute positively to overall wellbeing, helping to diminish pain and anxiety, and regulate moods.

I was gifted the Discovery Duo, which has a week's supply of two strengths of the oil - 2% and 5%. The advice is to take the oil under the tongue for 7 days, and by starting off on the lower strength oil, you can take a moment of mindfulness and monitor how you feel, building up to the higher strength if so desired. CBII CBD oil is rich in terpenes and cannabinoids, has no artificual flavours or preservatives, is vegan, GMO and gluten free. It is also independently tested, and packed in the UK using CBD oil from Switzerland. The packaging is also fully recyclable!

I'm not ready to give a full review yet, but like the vitamin capsules I recently posted about, I will give them a proper chance to test before I give a final opinion.
