I started the #Summer10x10 on Saturday with this look which I think will probably end up being one of my favourites from the challenge. I picked up this skirt in a thrift shop which had no changing rooms so I had to try it on over the top of my jeans in the middle of the shop floor. I liked how it fitted so took a chance on it, I think it was only about a fiver but it's a lovely thick linen which makes it perfect for this time of year.
I picked a crop top to go with this because I like the mix of prints (it's got a faint polka dot which I'm not sure is visible in the pictures) and the boxy cut of this top toughens the girly nature of the skirt up perfectly. For accessories, I chose tasselled earrings (had to take them out after an hour or so as they hurt my ears!) Topshop sandals and a vintage LV bag.
