For the second look of the 10 x 10 challenge, I reached for these wide legged trousers from Monki which I bought a few months ago, before the start of summer. I was on the hunt for the perfect wide legged trouser and the fit of these was just what I was looking for, high waisted and slightly cropped, really easy to wear.
I teamed them with this blouse from Topshop which I tucked in as it's quite voluminous. the beading detail arund the top is so pretty, and it's still on sale on their website. It's also cotton, which makes it cool to wear in this heat!
I added a splash of colour to this look with these woven shoes which are also from Topshop and were a sale purchase. They are actually really comfortable and, whilst the style probably isn't for everyone, I can see myself wearing them for seasons to come. So much so, that I have also picked up the white version!
