Love Me Beauty subscription box #6

Love Me Beauty bag June contents

Today I received my June Love Me Beauty bag, despite already posting a review this month,  that was of the May box which was delayed. The June box arrived a couple of days after purchase and I was really looking forward to this one, I feel that the boutique was much better stocked this month so I was able to make some great picks!

The first item that I chose was this Tangle Teezer, specifically for thick and/or curly hair. My hair is often a little unruly and can be hard to maintain, so I thought, since I've never owned an 'official' Tangle Teezer before, I would invest. The RRP is £9.99 so in terms of value for money, it's one of the more expensive items in the box and cost 30 credits, but I'm excited to use it-and I really like the colour! Shop it here.

The next item is a little unusual for me, being as it's a lipgloss and I famously don't wear lipglosses. Eh? I know, I was a little unsure if I would like it but I thought I'd give it a try. By brand Lord & Berry, this is a Skin Lipgloss which is a buildable gloss that can be worn as a subtle sheer wash of colour. The colour I chose is called 'Toffee' which is a pale pink shade, not really relevant to its namesake but a nice colour all the same. You can pick it up in a whole range of shades and the RRP is £10.50. You can find it here.

Next, another lip product, this time, a matte liquid lipstick. There's so much hype around these at the moment with all the Kylie Jenner lip products on the market, but what I liked about this one from Cailyn is the pigmentation. I've tried an orange lipstick before (from Topshop) but it didn't give anything like the sort of coverage an depth of shade this one did. It's such a bright colour, perfect for summer and to add colour to outfits (compensating for the fact I never wear any!)

The final product I chose was this Gelux Eyebrow also from Cailyn. I was really impressed with the Cailyn brow pencil I had from LMB before, although I've now used that up, so this gel/pomade looked like a good alternative. It comes with an angled brush built into the lid, and will (I hope) last a bit longer than pencils do-they seem to wear down so quickly!
