ASOS Summer Sale Saved List PICKS

ASOS Sale final reductions PICKS

The ASOS sale has been really great so far this summer; ASOS is one of my favourite online shops and somewhere I'll always head to first if I am after a particular item. Their own brand designs have gone from strength to strength and so I thought I'd post a round up of some of the key pieces that you can still snap up, which will take you through summer into autumn.

I've always been a fan of ASOS denim and my Thea girlfriend jeans and Lisbon skinnies are often worn on the blog, so these Thea jeans in Hampton wash are an obvious choice. A steal at just £11, shop here. I am also really partial to a raw hem, which seems to have become quite the trend this season, and these wide legged, high waisted black jeans are a great piece to take you through summer and beyond. Down to £16 from £40, I think these would be a perfect denim staple in your wardrobe. They are also perfectly priced if you wanted to try the style without spending a fortune, or if you weren't sure how wearable this cut would be. Shop here.

Dresses are something that ASOS do really well, and I really like the edgy style of this raw hemmed (there it is again!) swing dress (here). It's quite 90's but totally wearable, and it's that thin denim so would be useful for holidays. Likewise, these white festival dungarees (here) would be another really handy piece for the beach or the city, with a crop or sleeveless tank top underneath to make them a little more daywear and grungy. I think that dungarees and dungaree shorts are really versatile and an easy outfit if you don't want to think too much about what to wear; and at just £11 these are bargainous to boot.

Suede has also been a key trend over the summer, with the ubiquitous suede pencil skirt becoming the piece to covet. This trend is set to continue for AW15, so now is the time to invest and at almost half price, this real suede pencil skirt (here) is a wise buy. Similar in style to the £199 M&S version, this one is wearable now with bare legs and later with ankle boots. I love the deep tawny colour of this one as well, and the pocket detailing which gives it a bit more interest.

ASOS White is one of my favourite ASOS own-brands, and I've been waiting for the opportunity to pick up this silk kimono top. Now a touch over £30 (still less than half price!) this beautiful top can be worn casually with shorts (so tempted to pick up the ones shown here!) or dressed up with a cigarette trouser. For a more everyday piece, this sawn-off denim crop (here) is at £12.50 about a quarter of the price of almost identical ones in Urban Outfitters and just as cute.

Finally, I had to also include some accessories! These 'Fancify' sandals have been on my wish list for ages, I love the simple styling and block heel. If I didn't already have about a hundred pairs of sandals I would have snapped them up for the price; now under £20! For even less, this fringed, suede bumbag (here) is another example of a high fashion, low price investment piece, ideal for any last minute holidays or festivals.

As always, my ASOS wishlist has spiralled madly out of control, but it's hard to keep it in check with these amazing reductions! Check out the website for even more finds; what are you crushin' on for the remainder of your summer wardrobe?
