Shirt Dress Backpack Ring Mules all Topshop
The sales are starting all over the high street and with them the chance to pick up a few key pieces to add longevity and instant updates to your wardrobe. I have chosen some pieces from Topshop which always has fantastic sales, they usually go straight in at 50% off and you can snap up some amazing deals.
I started with these Unique mules, which have been reduced to £35 from £70. I never thought I'd choose a mule, but after loving wearing my M&S pair it stands to reason I'd love these ones too! They're not wedged although they look like they are, they have a block heel which will make them comfortable for day to day wear dressed casually, or teamed with a dress for evening.
Speaking of dresses, the shirt dress is a key item for the season and I love this interpretation in the perfect midi shape. The loose style is given structure with a button up collar; I can see Alexa Chung rocking this with a pair of Supergas or espadrilles all summer long!
A quirky look requires minimal jewellery and this simple ring adds a luxe edge to the look whilst remaining low maintenance.
