The Autumn Outfit

Wearing: ASOS jumper Gap jeans Zara boots Hoss Intropia bag H&M bowler hat Vintage jewellery

There has been a definite chill in the air over the past few days. Whilst I'm not counting on Summer being over just yet (pack my ballerinas away? no chance!) it is quite nice to crack out the first ankle boot airing in some while. I reckon I have a few weeks of dress/bare leg/ankle boot combo's left, so I'm trying to figure them into a few outfits somewhere. It wasn't quite warm enough to ditch my skinny jeans though, but these grey Gap ones are a little less wintery than my usual black or navy.

I also really like this cute chunky knit, it's deceptively thin so with a cami underneath it's the perfect weight for right now. I bought it in the ASOS sale but have only worn it once or twice as it hasn't been the weather for it, but I look forward to wearing it more often over the autumn.

The tote bag is new to the handbag collection and comes from Hoss Intropia. I absolutely love the mix of textures and the shape is great for everyday, it's massive though so I reckon this will be a bag I end up filling with everything I don't need and making my shoulder ache!

The boots are a Zara sale buy which I snapped up for £20 in the sale reduced from £70. I know I'm going to wear these all winter long, with dresses and tights as well as jeans, but whilst I'm able to cuff them up and wear them with a skinny jean like this, I intend to do so!

Finally I just had to show you my pretty vintage sardonyx ring that was a 30th birthday gift from my mum and dad. It's just so lovely and I've been wearing it every single day!
