Wearing: Quiksilver Women's Jacket (eBay £5) Zara knit (sale) Gap white tee, Cos Chinos, Converse All Star Low trainers from Spartoo, H&M Hat

This is quite a boyish look for me, I looked over these pics after a (rather hungover) Adrian had taken them and I wasn't sure if I looked very me. The colours are there, and this is my favourite Zara jumper which I've worn a lot, but something seemed a little off. I felt like I looked a bit like a boy! I don't know why; maybe because I'd usually add a little vintage loafer to finish the look off but instead I chose these Converse which are fast becoming a go-to shoe of mine; they're so comfortable! (something I never thought I'd say haha).

It felt so pleasant to have to actually put sunglasses on and also wear a jacket as opposed to a coat, despite a chilly wind when the sun shines it puts you in a happy frame of mind and I cannot wait for the summer. I remember writing before about how I was quite keen for winter to get underway so I could do lots of layering and pull out my cold weather clothes-well I've had enough now, winter, please go away!

Come summer time, I can't wait to rock these chino's with a leather sandal and a wispy tee. For now, though, I'll have to make do with pairing them with black, black and more black! They are ever so comfortable and make a nice change from jeans. I used to be obsessed with peg and harem trousers back at the beginning of this blog, and these chinos provide a similar shape but it's cleaner and a little more grown up. Love them!
