A night at the Museum

Wearing: Benetton jumper (thrifted) Vintage skinny jeans, Topshop Coat, Hat gifted by my friend Emma, Zara loafers, Gap shirt

The title of this post is probably a bit deceptive, we went to our local museum in the afternoon on Sunday but actually it was so miserable outside it might as well have been the middle of the night. I didn't dress particularly appropriately for it (my feet were freezing!) but I loved hanging out there, and it was free too. I love museums of all kinds; there's something so interesting and calming about them. I could spend all day just wandering around looking at the exhibits. I know my mum and dad would love it here too so I am going to take them there when they come to visit next.

My Benetton jumper was a thrifted charity shop find which I absolutely fell in love with, I bought it the same time as a Smythson jewellery roll from one of my local chazzers. That was a mega bargain because I picked it up for £2.99, not even realising what it was-it's a minty green shade and I just loved the colour. A spot of internet research later and I realised it was actually mega expensive when new so I found a real corker. Perfect for keeping all my bits and pieces in. I had to wear a hat (obvs) because it was raining and I didn't want my fringe to become a frizzbro. This one was given to me by a very good friend of mine and I rarely take it off because it's just my colour. So thanks Em x

Sorry if the quality of these pictures is a little off; Adrian couldn't seem to get the camera to focus properly for ages until we finally realised that one of the settings was wrong. But hopefully you'll get the idea!

I am so bored of my winter wardrobe now...I just want to wear pastels and spring clothes! Just need the weather to start playing ball!

Hope you are having a great week and looking forward to Valentines Day!

Gorgeous pictures, you look so lovely! I love your hair (I'm getting serious fringe envy even though I'm in the process of growing mine out!).
Looks like a great way to spend a grey wintery day!

All the time I was admiring your photos I kept thinking, how on earth does Amie manage to spend winter with no socks or tights on? You make me shiver just looking at your feet!
Gorgeous pictures and a fab outfit, that style of hat looks great with a fringe and I can't see any issues with the photo quality. x
