Time for another #wanted post, courtesy of Whistles which is a shop I would probably spend allllll my money in (if I had any!) I love that the collections this year are quite diverse, yet I want to mix and match and try a little bit of everything. Normally I find my 'look' for the season and stick with it, but here I can't possibly do that-there's too much to choose from!
I love the little trip of tribal style that's present in a lot of knitwear at the moment, and Whistles give a masterclass on how to wear it succinctly and smartly. The knitted dress and boot combo are precisely what I want to be wearing this Autumn; a departure from my usual style but I absolutely love the vibe.
The stripy top and peg trousers are so me it's unreal, and infact I could near enough knock this outfit out from my current wardrobe, funny how there's always an element of my classic style in looks I pick!
My final #want is that adorable cube print dress. Green isn't a colour I normally choose but I am finding myself drawn to jades, emeralds and teals as the season progresses. I found a vintage Jaeger 2 piece suit in a charity shop on Tuesday which I instantly fell for, it's a beautiful jade green and looks brand new. It comprises a skirt and jacket, which is collarless, longer length with splits at the sides and a single button at the top-it's beautiful and the clean lines and weightless fabric gives it a very Jil Sander-esque look. I can't wait to wear it!
