Organic Basics #2

Items by Organic Basics (partly gifted and partly purchased with my own money)

I first posted about Organic Basics back in October and was thrilled when then asked me to work with them again. I really rate this brand - they're transparent, sustainable, ethical and environmentally friendly, which are definite touchpoints for me when considering purchasing from new. I wrote a little more about the benefits of this brand in my original post, which you can see here.

I am trying to be more considered in my shopping; I'm definitely not holding myself up as an expert but any small steps can surely help, so making a change and shopping with better brands, if buying new, can make a difference.

I had already had a great experience with OB when they sent me some bits and pieces for a previous blog post, so I already had an idea of what I wanted to get when they asked if I'd like to choose some items from the site. I'd tried the bikini brief and triangle bra pack in black previously and loved it, so I went for the same again in rose nude, a neutral colourway which is really pretty and versatile. These undies are SO comfortable. The organic cotton is super smooth, the seams are flatlocked and the both bra and pants have a wide waitband so don't roll or curl up when putting them on.

I had previously also chosen a white, short sleeved tee, which is a classic, but for the winter I went for a grey marl, long sleeved version which makes a great layering piece. I've worn it round the house or under jumpers and it works great both ways. I also picked up an enamel mug in my order this time (because who doesn't love a good mug!)

Don't forget if you'd like to make a purchase, you can get 10% off with the code AMIEOB and you can view the full range here.

XO Amie
