After a busy weekend I've managed to almost finish sorting out my winter capsule. I've got a couple of things left to buy, and I definitely need to do a catch up on what worked and what didn't out of my autumn capsule-I also want to post a definitive list of 'carry overs' so that I can look back on it next year and establish the items that worked well. I have carried over these ASOS jeans (my favourite pair) as well as sacking off several similar pairs that I thought I would wear, but didn't as nothing compares to the fit of these ones!
The Hobbs brogues are also a no-brainer. I love the metallic toe cap and the fit is just lovely. Likewise the Whistles coat, I think it's nice to have a smart coat and my other smart option (herringbone biker wool coat) was looking really old in comparison.
I've bought a few new things, too, which will get a post of their own similarly to the one I did for the autumn capsule here. One of my favourite buys was this Finery jumper which I picked up on Black Friday, I love the cut and style of this even though it's a bit hard to see under my coat!
The beautiful key necklace was sent to me by a lovely jewellery brand, Bella & Grace, who also make pretty bespoke charm necklaces and bracelets (I posted a pic of my bracelet on my Instagram) and it's just lovely. I really like the slightly longer chain and the pretty key charm, it would also make a great present!
