You KNOW it's cold when the Whistles coat comes out; fresh from the dry cleaners and ready to see me through another winter, this might have cost me £40 from Oxfam but it is still going strong and it is warm. Which is important as I hate being cold; so layering is also called for and with a collar as cool as this, who wouldn't want it to be seen?!
I last posted this shirt here and I have worn it a few times since but the collar really makes it and I love the style. It works really well underneath jumpers too which is a look I love (of course) thanks to Alexa Chung. Now if I only had her legs too.
My Topshop monk shoes are proving to be a great buy; I've been wearing them with ankle socks and skinny jeans although I really should probably be wearing boots now, it's freezing and definitely not bare ankle weather. They are slightly on the large side but with a thick sock they keep my feet nice and warm and they are so super comfortable.
