Wearing: Urban Renewal jacket c/o Urban Outfitters, ASOS denim dress, Vintage pumps, Longchamp bag, Primark neon statement necklace
If yesterday's look was all about glamour, today's is a much more stripped back affair. Still a dress, but todays is much more casual both in shape and fabric. You might have seen me wearing this dress on the blog here. I've certainly had a little obsession with it and despite it being not such nice weather because it has a sleeve I don't feel that it's too 'summery'. I think because it's also denim it means it isn't too thin but it is very short, I think I am going to have to invest in some sort of 'cycling short' type garm to wear underneath just in case of an errant gust of wind. I shudder at the thought of a cycling short as they conjour up memories of my school days, wearing white ones (urgh!) underneath my summer dress at high school.
This outfit it so me about 5 years ago, nothing really goes together or matches but it all sort of works (I hope!) I pulled together the black in the jacket with the handbag but everything else is really eclectic and a bit of a mish mash. But sometimes it's good to dress that way. I like to pair things together that look as if they shouldn't go, if everything is formulaic there's no interest, so why not mix it up!?
If you haven't viewed the feature on ASOS yet have a look here, there's also a load of other bloggers who have styled their chosen pieces much better than I have! So why not check them out!
