I have become quite obsessed with creating looks on my Polyvore account and most of those are based around midi skirts. I think my skirt challenge really helped me to turn a corner with regard to getting me out of my trouser rut and I am loving experimenting with new looks and creating different styles that I would never have even considered before. I love this outfit mainly because of the pleated skirt (!) but also because this is a very different look for me, I am quite a girlie dresser, not in colour but in textures and fabrics, so wearing metallised fibres, studded leather and copious amounts of gothic inspired jewellery is new to me but that's not to say I won't be trying it-I absolutely love this!

I this look! I am such a huge fan of midi skirts and they are such a good way to embrace skirts with out having to bare your full legs.
