....without a colour in between! So goes the rhyme but I'm never one to play by the rules when it comes to fashion (apart from the legs out/boobs in one, which more women could do to adhere to!) Oh well, I suppose if you've got it, flaunt it and all that. Anyway, when I found this vintage Jaeger suit in a local charity shop the other week, I knew I had to have it-it comes with a fitted pencil skirt and is in perfect, seemingly unworn condition! I got it for £8.50 which I was really pleased with, I think I'll wear it a lot even though it isn't really my colour. I love the simple, clean lines of the jacket and the gold coloured button brooch at the top, it reminds me of Jil Sander a little in the styling, I just love the shape.
My trousers were given to me by my mum, they're navy blue and the most lovely shape. I always admired them on her and when I went to visit the other week she gave them to me, bless her. She's also recently sent me some vintage earrings and a jumper she found for me which I'm sure you'll be seeing soon.
I'm reading the Topshop magazine in the last picture, have you guys got your hands on this yet? It's called 214 and is actually a pretty good read, even though (obviously) all the clothes in it are Toppers it's quite inspiring and has lots of gorgeous images to peruse. Plus it's free! Always a bonus!
