As part of my new improved shopping habits I have decided to buy only one (one!) item per month. My thinking behind this is that it will stop me impulse purchasing, and as such I will be able to invest a little more into pieces that will really last and that I will love forever. Sometimes this might mean investing in a designer piece or two, and I think that this is certainly worth doing-I'd much rather have one gorgeous piece I adore than ten mediocre items that I can live without.
In this vein I thought I'd share with you a few of my favourite picks from one of my favourite designers-Paul & Joe Sister. The diffusion line of Paul & Joe, the Sister brand, is a younger, fresher spin on the lable and houses some really gorgeous shoes and accessories. Here's what the website blurb has to say:

The shoes in the collection are both fun and stylish; there are some classics with a twist, like the fabulous scalloped Enza court, and the wedged Cap Vert brogue. The playful side of the line is brought to the fore with the wonderful 'mouse' ballerina pumps which add an element of fun to any look.

I love the Cap Vert shoes, they remind me of ones I had as a child, just with a giant wedge heel. Lovely.
On a different note, thankyou so much for your kind words recently, wether or not I know you it really touched me, and I am so sorry for your friend. It's been tough, and everyone has told me eventually it will all be okay, but I just can't seem to find the end of the pain at the minute. sorry to ramble on your post, I just wanted to let you know I was so greatful to read those kind words, thankyou xxxxxx
