New Discovery: ROKA

I'm always on the lookout for the next big thing, and when a friend of mine pointed me in the direction of newly launched lable ROKA it was lust at first sight. Feeding a need in the market for luxe, eco friendly basic pieces, the ROKA collection has been quickly snapped up by Selfridges which just goes to show the excitement generated around the brand.

"ROKA founded in London 2010, is an eco-friendly, High end basics brand created by designers Kata Nagy, Elle Lamb and Nora Reese. ROKA inspirations come from music, life, culture and the nature found in each designers background. The juxtapositions of realities found in urban and country settings make the contradicting mood of each ROKA garment. Follow our journey towards the success of setting up our fashion brand in London..."

As someone who bases most of their outfits around simplistic baselayer pieces, this collection was always going to be of interest. A slightly boho vibe lends these luxe pieces real wearability and they'll certainly become the touchstone 'go to' product in your wardrobe.
Investing in quality staples like this is such a no brainer, they are pieces that will last and will be stalwarts in your closet for years to come.
You can find out more about the collection, and see more behind the scenes shots, on the Roka London blog.
Do you like the pieces?
