Summer 10 x 10 - Look Four

Wearing: vintage shirt (similar here) Monki trousers (similar here) Topshop shoes (here)

Apologies for the radio silence, I have not had a minute to update my blog in ages and so despite the fact that the Summer 10 x 10 is now well and truly over, I still have multiple looks to post!

This vintage silk leopard print shirt was on the chazza pile (actually, more accurate to say the recycling pile) as it had a big flaw in the side (it looked like it had been burnt or something) I'm not sure how I didn't notice that when I bought it, but it was pence from a chazzer in the first place so not to worry. I hacked off about a foot from the hem, French tucked the front, rolled up the sleeves and hey presto, suddenly it's a wardrobe staple.

Leopard print is everywhere at the moment. Good for me, as a huge fan of it - I always say leopard print is my favourite colour. I'm hoping to find some nice leopard print fabric that I can make a midi skirt from as I'm back on a bit of a sewing tip at the moment. I was thinking linen, although, that won't have much wearability now (boo hoo) as the heatwave is over and it feels like Autumn. Hopefully it will come back and we'll have a blast of heat again before summer is out!
