Slouchy dresses are one of my favourite wardrobe staples. They are so easy to wear, it's an instant outfit much in the way a jumpsuit is. I do normally choose below the knee styles but I found this one at a vintage fair and I just loved the style, so I make it work!
The whole 'badged denim' trend shows so sign of slowing down and funnily enough, I actually won this jacket in a competition earlier in the year and hadn't worn it all that much, but it's actually pretty perfect for the summer because it's very lightweight and not too fitted. The sleeves of this dress are quite loose, so it's nice to have a jacket that doesn't make the arms bunch up!
I also picked up these shoes last year but as last summer was a bit of a washout, I didn't manage to wear them all that much. Rediscovering them this year, I've worn them pretty constantly; they are so comfortable and make even a casual look a little smarter.
