Looking back to April 2013 in a archive post today, which doesn't seem like that long ago at all and it's nice to see my style hasn't changed that much either! I am still loving flats, skinny knits and cropped trousers, although this pair haven't been worn since then, even though I still have them; classic example of wearing other pairs I prefer more! This is the reason that I'm so interested in the idea of a capsule wardrobe; what's the point of hanging on to things I only sort of like? Or at least, don't like enough to wear more frequently!

I wore these flats out I think, I absolutely loved them that summer and they were an integral component of my shoedrobe. I think a basic flat shoe is always useful and I liked the touch of metallic on the heels of these ones.

I really like my hair colour in these shots and I think I am going to take it back to that shade for winter. I am definitely bored of the ombre look that I've had for so long and I also really like my fringe a bit longer as seen here. Because I like to wear my hair long, the colour and my fringe are the only places I can really make changes to it!
