Whilst I am aware that this looks like a mega massive haul, some of the items were actually birthday gifts (the Lush and Soap & Glory items) and competition wins (the Label.m products) so really it isn't that big of a haul! In any case, the eye balm was bought out of necessity (see: this post) and the mascara, well, that was an impulse purchase and, unfortunately, isn't that great! I ended up buying the smoothing cream eyeshadow to use up a No.7 voucher, and in fact the Body Shop hemp hand protector was free-I have the 'Love your Body' card and you get a £5 gift for free during the month of your birthday. So I'd say the complete cost of this haul was about a tenner. Not too bad!
The thing I can rave about most readily is the hemp hand protector. I have really dry skin on my hands and this product is incredible, super moisturising, non greasy, and lovely to use. I was really uncertain about it initially because of the smell; I'm not that keen on it but the sales associate encouraged me to persevere because it doesn't linger, which makes it more bearable. And the benefits of the product outweigh the one con!
I'm yet to try the shampoo and conditioner, which I won in a WIWT competition, but they look fab and I have also been loving the Soap & Glory products which my friends Lizi and Katie got me as part of my birthday presents.
