I used to use the larger size of GHD's because I have really thick hair, which I got around 5 years ago, but as they're not as good for curling I replaced them with the slimmer size. The large pair are still working though and are used by my mum and sister!
So I definitely recommend GHD's as they are very reliable and the slimmer size would be ideal for your hair I would think. Just make sure you buy them from a reputable company as there are a lot of fakes out there!

Hope that helps :)
Alex xxx
sheseverybodyelsesgirl.blogspot.comAlexandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09480406090443642707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-252199226967734551.post-16096176370003411602010-12-02T15:37:48.271+00:002010-12-02T15:37:48.271+00:00I think GHDs are definitely the best. Definitely recommend!Nikki Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04744459598544904287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-252199226967734551.post-18376791876218739432010-12-02T10:31:49.785+00:002010-12-02T10:31:49.785+00:00I'd go with GHD, they give you a lovely strigh...I'd go with GHD, they give you a lovely stright sleek look! If you have quite thick hair then I would go for the thicker ones of the two as they are much quicker than the thin ones, but the disadvantage of the thick ones is that its not as easy to curl your hair with them. But I use heated rollers for that anyway. Hope this helps:-)

Ps I just found your blog through fashion champagne and really like it :-) x xCherchez la Gemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11484085267097564379noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-252199226967734551.post-89711458556444373452010-12-02T00:07:11.320+00:002010-12-02T00:07:11.320+00:00Hi Amie, God i remember the days of the fizz do, s...Hi Amie, God i remember the days of the fizz do, sometimes I wonder how on earth I wasnt arrested by the fashion police for sporting such a frizz! On the straightner issue, I have to admit that I am a faithful GHD customer, and can't see past them. However I am onto my 2nd pair (3rd pair arriving via santa) in a space of 7 years, My mum dropped a pair and they stopped working, my current pair still work but I dropped them about 2 weeks ago and they now have a huge crack down the middle, so I've asked for another pair for xmas!

I did briefly use the SHE brand when my GHD's went to heaven the first time but they werent as good and my hair went frizzy after a few hours, for sure the GHD's keep the frizz at bay all day long. hope that helps in some way x

Kirsty
www.your-fashion-face.blogspot.comKirsty . x .https://www.blogger.com/profile/08216723732109905746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-252199226967734551.post-4495515615647888702010-12-01T22:35:00.681+00:002010-12-01T22:35:00.681+00:00Hooray for advent calenders and It deffo seems you...Hooray for advent calenders and It deffo seems you use your hair straighteners for your moneys worth! haha

http://seriouslyrainbowing.blogspot.com/Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-252199226967734551.post-76425431805117767942010-12-01T21:21:49.979+00:002010-12-01T21:21:49.979+00:00I have the hello kitty advent calender.
