Jumpsuited....

I decided to wear black harems and a black vest top today, I thought they looked a little like a jumpsuit together. I love jumpsuits but tend to find they come in a lot of prints and colours, which is great for evening but sometimes a little too much for work. So it's nice to cheat with a block colour sometimes!

I was still not feeling my best today and though the weather has started to pick up, the temperature is still changeable so I threw on this checked shirt just in case. I like how it pops against all the black I'm wearing!

Harems: River Island, Vest & Shirt: Quiksilver, Shades: Fabris Lane, Clogs: Jones Bootmaker, Watch: Vintage, Ring: Rachel Leigh.

I spent today at work and this evening I have been catching up on washing and tidying my house (boring!) after watching Hollyoaks and texting the Boy with the outcome of the 'who shot Calvin' storyline...I won't out the killer incase I spoil it for you all but it wasn't who I expected.....!

I've also been having little web surf for new clothes, my credit card bill is now paid off (yes!) and as such I am being even more careful with my money to not get into debt..I am building a pretty decent capsule wardrobe from designer purchases that I've made carefully, not at random like I used to. I bought some Ghost trousers from Cocosa.com the other week and they arrived yesterday, they are soooo beautiful. As regular readers will know, I love my trousers...I'm sure you'll be seeing them soon. They are also not black (!) but a rather lovely petrol blue shade which looks super wearable and just a little more Summery than black.
Speaking of Summery, I had a quick look at Kate Moss's new collection for Topshop today, and she has certainly gone overtly feminine this season. Kate's notmally so rock chic, it is lovely to see her in chiffony and silky and lacey pieces. I love a lot of the collection....there is a feather cape I am lusting over, along with several maxi dresses, a pair of grey suede cut out shorts, and an embroidered silk cape, but the price points are a little higher than usual and whilst I do usually like Topshop's quality, having bought from the KM collection in the past, I have found it not always to be that great, so I'm a little wary of spending £120 plus on fairly trend-led pieces. But we'll see! What do you make of the collection? have you seen any of it, or bought any of it?
